The Covenant Center was birthed from a vision given to Richard and Rebecca Maisenbacher that encompasses individuals and groups from various Christian denominations. We believe that the entire Body of Christ is commissioned to go into the world and make disciples.

The Covenant Center is at 26 Lake Wire Drive just east of the light at Lake Wire Drive and Sikes (Harden) Boulevard.

Mack and Marlene Milner

Mack Milner

Mack is known around The Covenant Center for his ability to exhort, teach and share biblical principles. Mack accepted the Lord in the summer 1972 and began following Him. He feels a call in prophetic ministry through encouraging, exhorting and, at times, admonishing in love as the Lord leads through teaching and prophetic preaching.

Mack received a degree Business Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington and a Masters of Divinity from Christian Outreach Ministries in Hillsborough, Missouri. He served in pastoral ministry for four years. He is now ordained through The Covenant Center.

Marlene Milner

Marlene was saved in 1975 and served with Mack in pastoral ministry in New Mexico and as they oversaw a community for eight years. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas, El Paso and a Masters degree from University of Texas, Arlington. Marlene is currently working toward her Doctorate degree in Social Work.
